"So going into your sun salutation from mountain pose, with your inhalation, you're going to take a deep breath, arms come up, stepping the feet together if you like. Hands can touch at the top. You're reaching up toward the ceiling and then leaning back, getting a deep stretch all the way through the hips, into the core, into the lower back. So I'll turn to the side so you can see what that looks like. From mountain pose, taking a deep breath, hands come up, stepping the feet together, inhale reaching up, and then leaning back. From this pose, also you can either continue to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, or if you like and you're more advanced, you can hold your breath from this position, focusing on the breath, keeping the knees soft and grounded and lengthening from the tips of your fingers to the bottom of your toes."
