"One thing about basketball you want to learn is about passing passing is very important cause it's not a one on one game your not a Micheal Jordon and it's about the team. And passing you either do a chest pass or a bounce pass, when you do a chest pass you make sure you have whatever hand you stop dribbling with you move the other foot forward with. So lets say I start dribbling with my right hand you want to move forward with your left hand and then pass it on. For example I start dribbling with my right hand stop left hand pass that's a bounce pass. Chest pass you do the same thing if your alternating angle with your left hand dribble with your left hand step forward with your right foot chest pass. Arms totally out when your chest passing it and then when you bounce back on the same thing back to the ground lower and it'll go up to your defender."
