"So now to make our pesto marinade we are going to start with our basil. We are going to put that all inside the food processor fitted with a blade. This is the parsley, it goes inside there, a little bit of rosemary. Margarine, this is the mint, it gives this a delicious flavor profile. Sage, garlic, lemon juice and our 2 teaspoons of salt. Out salt. Okay! Now we pulse and pulverize. Isn't that beautiful? Shake it up, okay. So now we are going to add, you see how the fine stream of oil goes right in and that is going to make a mortification. Like I said you may need to stop and just clear the side, we would do that right now. We are just going to take the spatula, oh this was a smell vision you would smell how delicious this is becoming. We would turn it back on, look at that. We are going to make one happy bird I got to tell you. There you go, we have our pesto we are ready to stuff the bird."
