"For our totally tubing segments, we're going to be using what we call elastic tubing. Elastic tubing comes in different colors for different strength. Usually your yellow is your easiest, then your green, then you'll have red, blue, and black. Some manufactures do different colors, but basically the elastic tubing, the more resistance it's going to have. Always before you begin your tubing excurses, take your hand and run it down the tube to make sure there's no tears or cuts in the tubing. If this tubing happens to break, and there is a chance that could happen. You want to make sure that you have a good tube to begin with first, that there's not cuts in it. It could snap into one of your body parts and hurt you. Another thing is to always make sure that you have a good grip on the handles. These are plastic handles, but never what I call a death grip where you're really, really tightening your wrist and getting white knuckles. If we're going to do an exercise where I want you to tighten up on the resistance a little bit, avoid wrapping the tubing around your hand. Just simply hold up closer on the tube. Always safety first. These are great little resistance training tools to throw in your suitcase. They don't take up much room, so you can do your resistance training while you're on the road. Onto totally tubing exercises."
