"My name is Alex; this is Andy. We’re from Missoula All-Maggots in Missoula, Montana. Our web site is www.maggots.org. Now I’m going to properly take the ball into the tackle. Running with the ball open field, two hands on the ball so you can pass in either direction. As soon as you realize a tackle is going to be made, in a tackle situation, you can bring the ball back secure it and lead in with the hard parts of your body; the elbow, the hip, the knee. Secure the stomach and the face. Like here you come in like this, that’s proper and try to and try and drive through the tackle little bit so when you fall you let the ball back to your side. In the open field, you carry the ball in two hands so you can pass to the left and right. As soon as you are in a tackle situation, you secure the ball, leading with your knee, your elbow and your hip. Do not show your stomach or your face. You can drive through a tackle turning to the side so you can send the ball to your own team. "
