"Hi! This is Bobby Hester on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this next clip, we’re going to demonstrate how to clean an audiocassette recorder and player. Once again, they have got a special tape made just for it; I bought it an electronics retailer. There are several on the market that are very similar, but this is just the one I’m using for this demonstration. They all work pretty well. This tape has some little slots on either side right there. The tape inside has a little soft cloth that will clean the heads as it plays. I’ll take the cleaning solution, and you drop four drops max into the slot. One, two, three, four, okay. Make sure there is not any excess on the outside. I missed that last drop, so I’m going to put one more, and there we go. Okay, so you open the player, and you need to insert it so it will play on side A. Just hit play and let that run for approximately a minute. Okay, now we’ve ran this for a minute. Pull the tape back out, put it in its case. Make sure you keep this tape nice and clean and in a good environment, so that we can use it in the future. Put the lid back on. You want to let this dry for about 5-10 minutes and then now you can play your tapes again."
