Hi, I'm Xtah and this is how to clean a hair bump. Well your hair bump is actually an ingrown hair that somehow the follicle head has closed or maybe there's some dirt or something clogging it. So it got kind of cut inside and it's really kind of like a pustule, a pimple. So what you need to do is to have some kind of exfoliating cream that has a little bit of a grit to it because you really kind of want to rough up that area, get the piece that may be stuck in there, you know, a little dirt or sebum that got hard in there or you know, whatever it is clogging your pore. Kind of get that out by doing the manual manipulation with your fingers. You could use a little brush, a cream that has a little bit of grit to it and from there you want to take a little bit of an alcohol and spray afterwards because just like a pimple you want to make sure that it's clean so that nothing else can infect it to make it get worse.
