Hi, my name is Luke, and this is how to print a letter from Outlook. If you'd like to print a letter or email from Microsoft Outlook, the first thing you're going to need to do is open it. Next, navigate to the email or letter in question that you'd like to print, double click to open it. Next go to the file tab and select print. Here you can choose the printer that you'd like to print to or you can change different print options. You can also change options that are directly related to the printer like the quality and the color. There's also a keyboard shortcut for printing emails. You simply hold control and press P and it will bring us to the same print page as before and that's it.
