I'm Parker Pierce, and this is "how to select paper size in MS Paint." If you want an image in Paint to fill a paper without having to do any rescaling, you can set the size right at the start. First, open up Paint. Under the dropdown menu from the blue tab in the top left, there is a checkmark icon for the properties window. From here, you can resize the canvas to specific numbers, and there are options for measurements other than pixels. Eight and a half by 11 is the size of your standard printer paper. For other sizes, you'll need to look up their numbers online and punch them in. If you resize it by accident, the option to change the image size is always available in the same spot.
