This is Leroy with Relentless Performance. For all the over 40 crowd out there, we're going to address today how to lift the butt and tone the legs relentless style. So you want good butt and good legs. There's only one way to get it, dead lifts and squats. Let's start with dead lifts, feet shoulder width apart, one hand over, one hand under, make sure you bring your chest up, keep your hips and butt high. You want your weight in your heels, from there you're going to stand up. You're going to go down the same way, keep your hips high. Those are dead lifts. You could move on to squats. Weight firmly placed on the shoulders, hands wide enough, elbows down, feet shoulder width apart, toes turned about 15 degrees out, push your butt out, sit down, stand up, keep the weight in the heels. Those are squats done the right way. That's the best way to get good legs and a nice butt no matter what age you are. Leroy with Relentless Performance.
