This is Leroy Moore here with Relentless Performance, and I'm going to show you a way to stretch while sitting at your desk in your office bored out of your mind, work on stretching that back. Push your chair away from your desk, cross your arms and hide your head. Drop it down as far as you can, relax, let your head fall. We're going to slowly sit back up, you're probably going to get a rush to the head but you're boss won't even notice. Another good stretch is the figure 4 sitting at your desk. Cross your legs, push your chair back and just put your arms on your desk and as it gets a little tight, just push your hips a little further back. You'll feel a good stretch, it's really good for the hips. You're going to switch sides, do the same thing on the other side, lean forward, cross your arms on your desk and if your boss is used to anything else you'll just put your head down because he's used to seeing that. Just push it back and sit up. That's two great stretches to do while you're sitting at your desk. Another good stretch, turn your head sideways, lock the wheels, slide off the end, just do some tricep dips. All the way down, all the way up, 45 degree bend at the elbow, push up. Next thing you know, you're riding, arms nice and tight, you're a little happier about your day. This is Leroy Moore with Relentless Performance. Since you've been sitting at your desk, I'm glad I showed you the best ways to stretch while you watch this video.
