Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, I'm going to demonstrate how you can really build your forearms with push-ups. Now, as you know, push-ups are one of my favorite exercises in the world to do because you can do it anywhere, there about a myriad of variations of them and they not only help the body, but they also are great cardio conditioner as well. But, today, we're going to demonstrate how you can use those same fantastic push-ups to build your forearms. Alright. So, this is what we're going to do. We're going to build our forearm with the push-ups by engaging the ten-pound dumbbells, you can use whatever weight is suitable for you; I'm going to start with these tens. You want to grab the tens and then we''ll just assume a normal push-up position. Now, what's going to make this push-up so dynamic is that we're going to grab it nice and tight, good grip and we're just going to go down and up. Down and up. So, as you can see the forearms are a little more engages as opposed to us doing them the traditional way. Although the push-ups are going to help the forearms build their way, that way as well, this is going to accelerate that growth, right here, alright. Real simple exercise, fantastic overall conditioner.
