Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate two leg exercises that you can do while working at a desk. Alright, working at a desk, so many of us find ourselves chained to the good old desk at work but you can still do some exercising right there. Remember the mantra, a little bit of something beats a whole lot of nothing. So let me show you two exercises that you can do right at work. The first one we're going to work those old gastrocnemius muscles. We're going to just tap our toes and bring our knee or our heels down and then up, down and then up and we do them in a rapid motion, rapid motion. This will get blood flowing into the legs and keep those legs active as opposed to getting nice and sleepy during the desk work. Alright, now the last exercise will build from this. This is your warmup and the next one is what we call a knee thruster so we drive our knee into the chest and then thrust the leg out and back to the floor. Then we do the opposite side, knee in. So we start off by driving the knee into the chest then we explosively kick out and then replace it to the ground. Knee in, kick out and finish, knee in, kick out and finish, last one, in, kick out and finish.
