Hi, this is SwayFit with swayfitt.com, that's with two t's; that's s-w-a-y f-i-t-t. I am here to demonstrate some hanging leg raises for women. I'm going to do three different versions, I'm going to start with the easiest and modify it on up. The first one I'm going to do is knees together, bringing my knees to my chest. The second exercise I'm going to demonstrate is going to be, I'm going to bring my knees to the chest, but I'm going to alternate my knees to one side of my body and then to the other side of my body. This is the third exercise I'm going to demonstrate and this is a scissors position. So, I'm going to have to do straight legs extended and I'm going to bring one leg at a time, up and down, breaking the parallel plane. And this concludes hanging leg raises for women.
