People who frown a lot or raise their eyebrows are prone to developing forehead wrinkles. To help reduce forehead wrinkles, place the fingers on top of the eye brows, left hand on left brow and right hand on right brow. Push the eyebrows down with the fingers and try to raise the eyebrows up by using the facial muscles. This pulls the skin in the forehead in two directions, thus helping to eliminate wrinkles.
Eye Winkles and Crow's Feet
Crow's feet are something many middle-aged and older women lament. To help reduce them, close the eye lids firmly and while holding them tightly shut raise the eyebrows up and hold for several seconds, then release and repeat at a minimum of ten times.
Tightening the muscles around the mouth can be done by puckering the lips as far as they will go. Push them out, then pull them back and smile as wide as the face allows. Repeat at a minimum of ten times.
Tilt the head back as far as it will go and cup the skin on the neck with the hands and pull down. Repeat this exercise at least ten times.
Removing even a small double chin can be hard, but tapping on the bottom of the chin gently can help tighten chin skin.
