Front Flip
-
Flips are complicated moves that should be done under supervision. If you're trying a flip, especially for the first time, wear comfortable clothes, don't try it while intoxicated, and practice your tucks and warm up ahead of time. The first step of mastering a front flip is tucking in. With practice, you will learn to tuck fast and tight before actually attempting a flip.
Back Flip
-
The back flip is more perilous than a front flip, and according to the website Trampoline Trick Secrets, causes the most injuries. However, it is an impressive trick. As with the front flip the tuck is the key part of the flip. The back flip consists of the tuck the roll and the jump. Some tips for success include jumping high, keeping arms at sides, keeping your feet together and bending knees at landing. Some other safety tips include landing in the center of the trampoline, never doing the trick alone, wearing sensible shoes, and obtaining the training of an instructor before doing the trick. You should be careful not to throw your head back and always be aware of where you are landing.
720 Spin
-
One of the more challenging tricks is the 720-degree spin. This trick consists of two full rotations returning one to her starting position. Often it can be helpful to master easier spinning tricks first, such as the 360. One tip to master this trick is to use your hands and eyes to guide you in controlling the spin. Also, in spinning tricks, the take off is the key part of the trick.
