Picture Table Decor Idea

The right photo can really add depth to your centerpiece.

Use pictures to add more personalization to table centerpieces and place settings. Select small 5 x 7 frames to house your photos and coordinate these photos with flowers and a tablecloth that complement the colors in the pictures. Surround the entire vase with framed photos, or select one photo to put in front of the vase.

Kids' Birthdays

Choose picture table decor to make your daughter feel even more special on her birthday. Place a vase filled with colorful roses or daisies on the middle of the table, and set a framed photo of your little girl in front of the vase. Sprinkle the border with rose or daisy petals, depending on which flowers you decide to use. Place small 4 x 7 pictures of other guests next to their place setting on the table. Tie balloons around the birthday girl's chair for added decor.

Spring Theme

Create a colorful spring table by using pictures and vibrant blooms. Adorn the table with a baby blue, pink or purple tablecloth. Place a vase filled with pink and yellow roses or spring daises on the center of the table. Adorn the border of the vase with framed, spring pictures, such a bird's nest filled with blue eggs, flowers or fields of lavender.

Panoramic Picture Vase

A panoramic picture vase can work well for any type of party such as a birthday or holiday event. Find a glass square vase with four 5-inch tall sides. Tape several different 4 x 6 photos on the inside of the vase so you can see the pictures through the glass on all sides. Fill the inside of the vase with pebbles since water can damage the photos. Place stalks of silk flowers securely in between the rocks so they stand up straight. You might need to cut the stems, depending on the size of the flowers.

Pictures and Candles

Rather than using flowers, dress up the center of the table with one large circular candle on a round glass dish. Place framed photos around the border of the candle, and fill in gaps by placing smaller round candles next to each fame. Choose candle colors that match with the theme of the party and the colors in the photos. This style works well for weddings and general parties.
