Open your YouTube downloader and load your YouTube favorites in a new web browser window. Copy the URL of the video from YouTube and paste it into the downloader, then click to save the file locally. If you installed the toolbar, you will be able to just download videos with one click from your browser. Repeat this process with every video you want to burn to DVD. It's best to keep all your downloads in one folder and to save them as one format, including AVI. You can save in any format you like, except FLV (Flash video), as every other video format in YouTube Downloader will work to burn a DVD.

It's integrated into Windows and automatically handles DVDs. When in insert a blank DVD disc into your burner, a window will appear asking what do with the media. Click "Burn a video DVD using Windows DVD Maker" to launch the program and get burning those YouTube videos.

Click "Choose Photos and Videos" to begin compiling a list of files to burn to a DVD in Windows DVD Maker. Then click "Add items" and browse to the folder where you saved all of your YouTube videos. Select the files you wish to burn to DVD and click "Add files." You can use the program to arrange the files on the disc, create and edit titles for each video, and set up a complete DVD menu. Play around and change the text, and then when you are ready, click "Burn DVD Video" and follow the prompts to turn your YouTube clips into a playable DVD.
