What is PPT Globalization?
Delivering a presentation with informative slides makes it easier for a speaker to engage with an audience. The slides can contain multimedia to enhance the speaker's information, bullet points to highlight the presenter's most important points and a background theme to help set the tone for a presentation. Software that generates slide shows to accompany presentations, such as PowerPoint, have thematic templates for different topics, such as globalization.

.PPT Files
-
PowerPoint is the presentation software component of Microsoft's Office productivity suite. Since Microsoft introduced PowerPoint, several other companies have introduced similar software that allows anyone to quickly create and display a series of slides to accompany a presentation. Many of these alternative programs are free, but the popularity of the Office suite among companies and organizations has lead to most presentation software being able to read the ".ppt" formatted files that PowerPoint uses.
Default Templates
-
Users can create presentations from one of the many templates that ship with PowerPoint. These have particular images or designs as background images for every slide. A well designed presentation's background imagery matches its topic, so presentations dealing with issues of globalization should feature motifs with imagery of the Earth. These can include globes, views of multiple continents or international symbols such as the United Nations emblem.

Customized Themes
-
Professionals who lecture frequently on topics related to globalization need several templates with globalization themes. PowerPoint users aren't limited to the themes that ship with this software, but can create their own templates for their own use or distribution to others. Because most presentation applications can read PowerPoint files and templates, individuals who create customized templates usually distribute them in the form of ".ppt" files.
Template Layout
-
The background imagery is only one component of a PowerPoint template. They also include layouts of text and title boxes, recommended locations for visual aides, the font of the presentation's text and any specialized graphics for bullet points. Globalization templates can continue global motifs in bullet points that mimic a globe or cartographic symbols, as well as using greater graphical emphasis on global images in the title and outline slides for the body of the presentation.
