How to Use Goku Legend in "M.U.G.E.N"

Arcade games are popular with people of all ages.

"M.U.G.E.N," the free second fighter game engine developed by Elecbyte and first released in 1999 for Microsoft Windows, allows players to play classic arcade-style fighting games with characters from various eras of gaming. The engine allows for the addition of user-created levels and characters and features both an arcade mode and a survival mode.

Instructions

1. Download the Goku Legend character files from the "MUGEN Characters" website.

2. Create a folder named "Goku Legend" in your "chars" folder inside of your "M.U.G.E.N" installation folder. Extract the downloaded files to the "Goku Legend" folder in your M.U.G.E.N installation folder.

3. Navigate to the "data" folder in your "M.U.G.E.N" installation folder and open the "select.def" file in a text editor such as Microsoft Notepad.

4. Add the text "Goku Legend" on its own line to the "[Characters]' heading and save the file via the "File" and "Save" buttons.

5. Launch the game and play as Goku Legend by selecting him at the character select screen.
