How to Automatically Check for New Emails in Windows 7 Pro X86
Most email programs have "Send/Receive" buttons at the top that you can use to check your email server for new messages. However, if you are waiting for a message to arrive, it can be tiresome to repeatedly click the button and check for new email. Configure your email client to check for messages automatically so you receive notifications as new messages come in.
