How to Clear IE8 Auto-Complete

Click the Windows "Start" button and click the "Control Panel."

Click "Network and Internet" and "Internet Options" to launch the "Internet Options" dialog box. Or, click the "Tools" menu on your IE browsing window, and click "Internet Options" to launch the "Internet Options" dialog box.

Click the "Safety" button and click "Delete Browsing History."

Check the check-boxes "Form data" and "Passwords."

Click the "Preserve Favorites website data" if you don't want to clear the form data and passwords associated with your favorite websites.

Click the "Delete" button to clear your auto-complete information.
