How to Cure Vampirism in "Morrowind Game of the Year"

Becoming a vampire in "The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind" comes with several benefits -- and several drawbacks. Some players choose to be a vampire, but you can also be turned against your will. If you have become a vampire and no longer wish to be one, there is a quest you can complete that will cure your character of vampirism.

Instructions

    • 1

Go to the Daedric Ruin of Bal Ur, north of Suran. Find the Daedric Shrine in the ruin.

    • 2

Talk to the statue of Molag Bal (the only statue in the shrine). It will tell you to kill its daughter, Molag Grunda, and her guardian, Nomeg Gwai. Your targets are in a cave called Dubdilla, which is North of Bal Ur.

    • 3

Go to Dubdilla. Fight and kill Molag Grunda and Nomeg Gwai.

    • 4

Return to the statue of Molag Bal and speak with it. It will cure you of vampirism.

Tips & Warnings

  • Note that this is a permanent cure -- the character with which you complete this quest will never be able to turn into a vampire again.
