How to Disable Twitter Autofollow
Some third-party applications that user the Twitter API allow you to automatically follow anyone that follows you on Twitter. You can stop auto-follow at any time by revoking Twitter access to the responsible third-party application.

Sign in to Twitter with your user name and password.

Click on the Settings tab on the upper right corner of your Twitter homepage.

Click on the Applications tab on the Settings page.

Scroll through the list of third-party applications you allowed to access your Twitter account.

Click Revoke Access on the third-party app that enables auto-follow on Twitter.
