How to Turn Off Rejecting Cookies on a Browser Bar
You visit a website, type in your login name and password to get in, and close the browser when you finish. A few hours later, you visit the website again, and type in your login name and password. With your browser set to reject cookies, you'll have to type your information again every time you visit the same website. Open a new IE browser window.

Click "Tools" on the top menu bar. Click "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu. Click "Privacy" under the "Internet Options" menu to open your privacy settings.

Click on the scroll bar and slide the bar to the level of security you want for your browsing history. Select on of the six available privacy settings. For example, select "Accept All Cookies" to allow cookies from any website.
