How to Blacklist an Email in Gmail
When you want to blacklist an specific email address in Gmail, you can create a blacklist filter. Tips & Warnings
Although the blacklisted emails won't appear in your inbox, they do still exist in your Gmail account; by deleting the emails, this filter actually sends the emails directly to your Gmail trash rather than your inbox. In 30 days, Gmail will permanently delete any messages in the trash -- or you could do so manually at any time -- but if you looked in your trash before the 30 days passed, you would see the blacklisted email.
