Trekking to the mall every month to make monthly payments on your New York & Company credit card can get hectic. Fortunately, if you have a computer with Internet access, you can opt to pay your NY&C credit card bill on line. To use this service, you must register your account on line and set up payment withdrawals from a valid checking account. After completing this process, you can begin making payments via computer.

  • Access New York & Company's credit card web page. If this is your first time using the site, click the "Register" link and follow the on-screen directions to register your NY&C card.

  • Complete the registration process. Enter your NY&C credit card number and the last four digits of your Social Security number, in addition to other personal information requested. Choose a username and password and set up payment withdrawals from your checking account.

  • Log in to your account using your username and password. Click "My Account" and select "Pay Bill." Enter the payment date and click "Submit." A payment confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address on file.

Tips & Warnings

  • Although the payment will be processed on the date selected, it might take up to two business days to transfer funds from your checking account to your credit account.
  • Contact your bank or look at a check to obtain your checking account and routing number. There are usually three sets of numbers at the bottom of a check. The first set of numbers is usually the routing number, which always consists of nine digits. The second set of numbers usually is the account number. The last set of numbers identifies the check number, which matches the numbers appearing at the top right-hand corner of the check.
  • If you use the same-day payment option, an additional fee will appear on your account statement.
