Instructions

    • 1

Dip a clean cotton swab in acetone, which is prevalent in many nail polish removers. Acetone dissolves super glue on skin.

    • 2

Rub the acetone-soaked cotton swab over the sticky skin. Thoroughly moisten the super glue.

    • 3

Massage the acetone into the super glue until the sticky residue dissolves. Apply more acetone to the skin if necessary.

    • 4

Wash your hands with liquid hand soap and water to flush away the acetone. Rinse your hands with fresh water and then dry them with a clean towel.

    • 5

Rub hand lotion over your hands to replenish them with moisture. Pure acetone dries skin immensely.

Tips & Warnings

  • Substitute petroleum jelly for acetone. Massage it onto your hands until the super glue dissolves.

  • If your hands are glued together, pull them apart carefully to prevent ripping your skin.
