How to Get Your Phone Numbers Unlisted

Keep your personal phone number protected.

Unlisted or non-published numbers are phone numbers that are not listed in the telephone book and are not available through directory assistance. This service is offered through your phone provider for an additional monthly fee. The fee for unlisted and non-published numbers varies depending on your phone service provider. You can elect at any time to have your phone number relisted and remove the unlisted or non-published service from your account.

Instructions

1. Call your telephone service provider's customer service number and request that your phone number be unlisted or non-published.

2. Provide the customer service representative with your account information including your telephone number and password or account PIN.

3. Disconnect your call after the customer service agent has completed the changes to your account.
