How to Stimulate the Scalp & Stop Hair Loss
Hair loss can affect men, women and even children. While there are many over-the-counter and prescription treatments that claim to stop hair loss, there is no guarantee that a product will work for everyone. Other methods also exist to stop hair loss, such as stimulating the scalp. A scalp massage brings more nutrients to the hair follicles or root and can strengthen the hair that grows. The National Institutes of Health discusses a case study that appeared in a June 1994 issue of Psychological Reports. That study showed one man "markedly reduced" his hair loss after three months of scalp massage. (Reference 2) Does this Spark an idea?
