How to Upload Pictures From Photobucket to Craigslist

Craigslist lets you include images within posts in two ways: You can upload images, or you can use HTML code to display images hosted elsewhere. Photobucket is an image-hosting service, so you can include an image hosted on Photobucket in a Craigslist post using a simple line of HTML code -- no downloading and re-uploading necessary. In fact, Photobucket even generates this embedded HTML code for you, making it easy to include any image on its service in a Craigslist ad.

Instructions

1. Browse to the Photobucket page for the image you want to post on Craigslist.

2. Click once inside the "HTML Code" box. The code to embed that image will automatically copy to your computer's clipboard.

3. Visit your city's Craigslist website.

4. Click on the category in which you want to post, such as "Apts/Housing for Rent."

5. Click "Post" in the top-right corner of the screen.

6. Answer the on-screen questions to narrow down the category for your post.

7. Click inside the "Posting Description" box.

8. Press "Ctrl" + "V" to paste the Photobucket HTML code into the box.

9. Fill in the other fields with your information, such as your email address and post title.

10. Click "Continue." Your Photobucket image will now appear within your Craigslist post.
