How to Embed Photo Galleries

Put your photo gallery on your website by adding the appropriate code.

You can make use of your digital photo collection and online photo galleries by embedding them into your website. Embedding your gallery allows visitors of your website to easily see your pictures, without having to go to another site. You can display your gallery in many different ways, customizing the code to fit your site and style.

Instructions

Picasa

1. Create or log in to your Picasa account. If creating your account, upload your photos.

2. Go to your "My Photos" page.

3. Click "Link to this album."

4. Select the layout type. You can embed a slideshow, link to an album, or link to a particular photo.

5. Copy the HTML code, and paste this code into the appropriate area of your website's source code.

Flickr

1. Create or log in to your Flickr account. If logging in for the first time, upload photos.

2. Access one of your slideshows. Click "Share" > "Customize this HTML." Specify an appropriate size for your slideshow. Generate the HTML code.

3. Copy and paste the HTML code into the pertinent section of your website's source code.

Photobucket

1. Log in or create a Photobucket account, and upload photos.

2. Click "Tools" > "Slideshows."

3. Add photos to your slide show. Click "Save."

4. Copy the HTML code and paste it into the pertinent section of your site.
