Things You'll Need
- 81/2-by-11-inch transparency film
- 3-by-5-inch index card
- Scissors
- Permanent marker
- Mirror
- Utility knife

Use scissors to cut one of the transparency film sheets into a 3-by-5-inch rectangle, using the index card as a guide.

Stand in front of a mirror and hold the rectangle of transparency film in front of your face so that your eyebrow is in the center of the card.

Use the permanent marker to outline your desired eyebrow shape on the film. Fill in the drawing until the stencil is the desired shape.

Hold the drawing up to you face and verify that it is correct. Flip the film horizontally and verify that it matches up with the opposite eyebrow as well.

Use the utility knife to cut out the drawing on the film. The hole in the film is your new eyebrow stencil.
