How to Edit SWF Files for Free
The SWF file format is used to distribute web animation that is authored in Adobe Flash Professional. Users can repurpose the media in an SWF file by editing its content. Avidemux and SwfModify are two types of freeware that can edit SWF files, while JayCut is an online editor that accepts SWF as an input format. Despite being available on different platforms and originating from different developers, all of these applications employ a similar work flow for editing media.
