How to Convert Access 2003 Database to Access 2007
Converting a Microsoft Office Access 2003 database to the new Access 2007 format is done by opening the database in Access 2007. Once the database is opened, it can be converted to the new Access format. The old format used the extension of MDB while the new Access format is ACCDB. The convert option appears on the Office menu when the Access 2003 database is opened. After the conversion is done, your old database will have the new Access 2007 ACCDB extension.
