How to Make Pages Available Offline in IE thumbnail
If your modem goes down, you can still surf the Web.

You do not need an Internet connection to browse the Web. Web servers communicate with your browser using process called HTTP. As you surf, a constant stream of images and files flows between your browser and Web servers. Internet Explorer stores these images and files in your "cache." By taking advantage of this cache, you save complete Web pages and view them off-line without an Internet connection.

      Open Internet Explorer.

    • 2
