How to Set Mozilla as Your Default Browser
When you open Windows Explorer and double-click an HTML file, a browser will launch and display a Web page. That Web page will open in your default browser. The system registry stores the name of that browser and other settings that Windows uses to manage your computer. When you install a new browser, it may prompt you to make it your default browser. That will remain your default browser until you change it. If Mozilla Firefox is your favorite browser, you can perform this task manually and set it as your default.
