How to Make Your Own English Party Poppers
Traditionally associated with Christmas, English party poppers are fun little favors that two people pull apart. Poppers consist of a cardboard tube covered in wrapping paper, and their contents are only limited by the size of the tube. The favor makes a loud popping noise as it opens. A popper can be used for more than just Christmas, though. With a little time and a few specific materials, you can craft your own party poppers and use them for just about any occasion.
Things You'll Need

Fill the tube with whatever favors you wish. Candies, coins, small toys and even confetti are all good choices.

Place the tube at the center of one edge of the wrapping paper square, and carefully tape the edge of the paper to the tube, making the paper as straight along the tube as possible.

Roll the tube evenly across the paper, until it is halfway across.

6
Carefully lay the cracker snap across the tube, and continue rolling the tube in the wrapping paper.
