      Check if your MacBook has a Bluetooth adapter installed. Open the "Apple" menu in the top-left corner of the screen and open "System Preferences." If "Bluetooth" appears in the hardware section of the window, your MacBook has Bluetooth.

      Open "System Preferences" from the "Apple" menu, click "Bluetooth," and then click the "Settings" tab. Click "Turn Bluetooth On."

      Place the BT21G headphones in "discovery mode" by holding the headphones' "Power" button for seven seconds.

      Click "Set Up a New Device" from the "Devices" tab of the Bluetooth control panel on the MacBook and follow the onscreen instructions. If a passcode is requested, use "0000". Pairing is complete when the headphones' blue indicator light flashes slowly.
