How to Put Content on a SD Card
A SD card (Secure Digital) is a solid-state memory device no different than any external hard drive ---except for the lack of moving parts. Copying content to a SD card requires connecting it to a computer. As the majority of computers do not have a SD card slot, an SD adapter must be used. The SD card's pre-formatting enables it to be recognized and used by both the Mac and PC operating systems without the addition of any software.
