How to Remove Safe Eyes for Mac

Although Safe Eyes can monitor and restrict what users have access to on a computer, the application may have to be removed if you want to install a different but similar program, or if you no longer are interested in it's services. Safe Eyes for a Mac comes with an uninstall utility that allows you to remove the application and its setup files quickly and safely.

Instructions

      Click the Safe Eyes icon on the dock to activate Safe Eyes. Click the "Finder" icon on the dock if you do not see the Safe Eyes icon on the dock. A new Finder window launches. Click "Applications" in the left pane and double-click the "Safe Eyes" icon to activate Safe Eyes.

      Click the "Safe Eyes" menu located on the top. Select the "Uninstall Safe Eyes" option. Enter your Safe Eyes user name, password and uninstall code. Go to the Safe Eyes "Obtain an Uninstall Code" page if you do not have an uninstall code (See Resources). Type your user name and password in the boxes and click "Continue." Safe Eyes generates an uninstall code. Input the uninstall code in the Safe Eyes uninstall wizard.

      Type your Mac OSX administrator password when the uninstall wizard prompts it. The uninstall wizard removes Safe Eyes from your Mac. When the process completes, restart your computer.
