How to Disable the Windows Live Toolbar
Although the Windows Live Toolbar allows you to search for content such as videos and images using the MSN (now Bing) search engine, you may need to disable it if the add-on is causing browser errors, or if you are simply no longer interested in using it. As an Internet Explorer add-on, the Windows Live Toolbar can be disabled using your browser's built-in add-on management tool. You can also get rid of the add-on completely if you decide to.
