      Open a new blank text document on your computer. Many people have Microsoft Office already installed. If you do not have Microsoft Office on your computer, download a free equivalent from OpenOffice.org. Open Office is very similar to Microsoft Office.

      Go to "file" and click "new" to bring up a list of document choices. Search for business card templates. Both Microsoft Office Word and Open Office have a few business card template choices.

      Click on the business card template you wish to use. Click "download" to download the template. It will automatically open it up for you to add your own text and clip art.

      If the business card template already has a picture or clip art insert on it, simply click on it to highlight it. Hit the backspace button on your keyboard to delete the picture. Add your own clip art by finding the "insert" tab at the top of the document. Search for "clip art" and search through the clip art selections.

      Click on the clip art picture you wish to use on your business cards. This will automatically insert the picture. Move the picture around by clicking and dragging the corners of the picture. Do this for each business card on the page.
