Refrain from shaving your armpits with a razor for a few days, and instead use a hair-dissolving cream (like Nair) to get rid of armpit hair. The cream should also get rid of exposed ingrown hairs. Continue using the cream until all of the ingrown hairs have been taken care of.

Tips & Warnings
It is not advisable to tweeze ingrown hairs in the armpit, as they can be extremely painful to pull and the exposed pores left by tweezing the armpits can create a home for infection.
Test the hair-removal cream on a small amount of your skin before applying to your armpits, to ensure that you do not have a reaction to the active ingredients in the cream.
