How to Install a Pioneer CD Player in a Car
Pioneer manufactures an extensive line of car audio components. Pioneer CD players are designed to fit a wide variety of cars, trucks and SUVs. The head units are shipped with the necessary components to install the stereo, but you must provide the tools to install them in your vehicle's stereo mounting dock. Consult your vehicle's repair manual for the tools needed to install an aftermarket stereo. Determine if the stereo wiring in your vehicle is capable of being directly connected to the Pioneer CD player. If not, purchase the appropriate wiring harness adapter to install the CD player yourself.

Plug the antenna cable into the outlet on the right side of the CD player's rear panel.

Replace any paneling that was removed to take out the factory stereo. The vehicle's repair manual will detail the finishing steps of the installation process.
