1
Click on "Home" at the top of the page if you're not already on the home page, and then find the "Pay Liabilities" icon, which has a small logo that says "PAID" next to a small building that looks like the Washington, D.C., capitol building. Typically this icon is at the bottom of the page.

2
Look for the box in the middle of the page that says "Pay Scheduled Liabilities," click on the "Related Payment Activities" button that has a down arrow on the right side. When you click on the button a small window will pop up underneath the button offering several options. To create a new liability payment, choose the last option on the bottom: "Create Custom Liability Payments." Then select the dates in which you want to pull from. If you are paying payroll taxes you will probably want to select the day you run payroll.

Click the radio buttons associated with each of the liabilities to be paid. You can then click on the right-hand fields to alter the amount of the payments if they are not the amounts you are trying to pay.

Go to the top of the page and click "Create" to generate the payments for your check register. The liabilities are automatically added up when you check them off by clicking on the left, they are only selected once you see a check mark next to the liability. At the bottom of the page you should see the total change as you add or subtract liabilities to be paid. When you're satisfied with the amounts to be paid, click on "Create"; the liabilities will be sent to the check register ready to be printed. Remember to finish the transaction by printing the check or marking it as an electronic funds transfer (EFT), if it will be paid online.
