How to Make a Bootable CD ROM for Windows XP
CDs can easily be scratched, broken or lost. If you do not have an additional copy of Windows XP and your install CD becomes damaged or lost in some way, you will have to buy another copy of the operating system (OS) in case you need to reinstall XP to your PC. You can avoid this expense by creating a backup copy of your Windows XP installation CD. All you need to do is copy the contents of the CD to your computer and burn the files to a blank disc.
