How to Reinstall the Operating System for a Dell Inspiron E1505
The Inspiron E1505 is a Dell laptop computer aimed at consumers and possessing the Windows XP operating system. If you need to reinstall this operating system, you can do so as long as you have the Windows XP installation disc that is included with the computer system.

Turn on your computer and insert the CD. Once the welcome screen appears, click on the "Install Windows XP" button.

Click on the "Upgrade" option and then click the "Next" button.

Click the box next to "I accept this agreement" and click the "Next" button.

Type in your Windows XP license key. This key will be located on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop computer. After the key has been entered, click the "Next" button.

Click on the "Next" button again and wait for Windows XP to be reinstalled on your computer. Once the process finishes, you will be able to log in to the computer and use the operating system again.
