How to Enable Javascript to Run
JavaScript is used by many types of websites for dynamic content. If you want to properly view websites that have JavaScript on them, you must enable JavaScript to run inside of your web browser.

Open IE and then click on the Tools button.

Click on "Internet Options" and then click on the tab labeled "Security."

Click on "Custom Level" in the security tab and then click on the check box next to "Enable" under "Active Scripting."

Click "OK" twice to apply the settings.
