How to Hook Up Internet With Satellite TV
If you want to surf the Internet and have satellite TV, you can do it through the same company. This is by far the easiest way to have Internet service along with television. If your satellite TV provider does not have an Internet service, they will usually team up with a phone provider that has Internet access, so you can have your TV and Internet on one bill. If you want to have these services, you need to follow a process of getting information and help from the right group of people.

1
Call your satellite TV provider and ask if they also offer an Internet service. If they do, sign up for it and follow their instructions to install it.
-
2
Ask if your satellite TV provider partners with another cable company or a phone company to provide Internet in your area. Some common parings include Direct TV and Qwest, or Comcast and BellSouth. If they do pair with a company, they can transfer you to the phone number that handles the Internet sign-ups.
